We are a true group personal training facility. We limit 20 participants per session. We find that people in large crowds do not get the proper attention and instructions they need to straighten their postures, strengthen their bodies and stay injury free. Unlike other boot camps or big box gyms, we emphasize on proper forms and positions of each exercise to give our members the maximum results possible without making unnecessary tiresome body movements. Another unique quality of our boot camp is that we also work on getting our clients detoxified and healthy on the inside to make weight loss much easier.
